MyFirstEV: Frequently Asked Questions
MyFirstEV is a California Air Resources Board (CARB) program that lowers the upfront cost of a zero-emission vehicle for first-time ZEV buyers and lessees. Eligible new vehicles are battery-electric or hydrogen fuel-cell models from a participating manufacturer, model year 2026 or newer. For manufacturers subject to the price cap, the new vehicle must carry an MSRP of $50,000 or less. The Volvo MyFirstEV offer applies to the EX30 and the EX30 Cross Country.
